Cambodian Beef Stir-Fry

THE RECIPE

Ingredients:
300g (10.7oz) beef fillets, sliced
2 tbsp oil
1?2 medium onion, diced
1?2 red capsicum, diced
1 packet of curry paste

Preparations:
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the beef slices for 1 minute.
Add in curry paste and some water and toss for 2-3 minutes until beef is cooked.
Garnish with diced red capsicum and onions.
Serve with rice or noodles.

ULTRA SIMPLIFIED

Ingredients:
1 jar WORLDFOODS Cambodian Chili Stir Fry Sauce
300g (10.7oz) beef fillets, sliced
2 tbsp oil
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 red capsicum, diced



Preparations:
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the beef slices for 1 minute.
