THE RECIPEIngredients:
300g (10.7oz) beef fillets, sliced2 tbsp oil 1?2 medium onion, diced 1?2 red capsicum, diced 1 packet of curry paste Preparations:
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the beef slices for 1 minute.Add in curry paste and some water and toss for 2-3 minutes until beef is cooked. Garnish with diced red capsicum and onions. Serve with rice or noodles. ULTRA SIMPLIFIEDIngredients:
