Green Tea Rolls

THE RECIPE

Ingredients:
150 waterchestnut powder
50g long-grain rice flour
100g sugar
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp green tea powder
3 tbsp boiling water

Preparations:
Put water chestnut powder, long grain rice flour and sugar into big bowl. Add water and mix until the mixture is smooth. Add oil and leave for 1.2 hour. Dissolve green tea powder in boiling water. Mic with water chestnut powder mixture. Grease pudding tin lightly. Put pudding tin over boiling water, and then pour in a thin layer of mixture. Cover and steam for 1 minute until done.
Remove the sheet and roll up. Cut into sections and serve.
