Grilled Chicken with Herbs by WORLDFOODS Fusion Of Flavours

THE RECIPEIngredients:
2 garlic cloves, sliced1/4 cup dry white wine 5 teaspoons olive oil 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint Salt and pepper to taste 8 small skinless and boneless chicken breast halves Preparations:
1.In a large bowl, combine garlic, wine, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Add chicken, coating well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.2.Prepare grill for cooking or preheat broiler. 3.Place chicken on cooking surface of grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil about 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center. 4.To serve, arrange on plate and garnish with lettuce and baby tomatoes. ULTRA SIMPLIFIEDIngredients:
1/2 jar WORLDFOODS Indonesian Sweet Tamarind Marinade 350g boneless chicken thighs 2 tbsp of yoghurt 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp groung cumin Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp oil WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney Preparations:
In a large mixing bowl combine the WORLDFOODS Indonesian Sweet Tamarind Marinade,yogurt, garlic, salt, cayenne and cumin. Add the chicken, mix and make sure the chicken is covered with the marinade. Cover and marinate for 2-4 hours.Grill chicken 2 minutes on each side, then again 2 minutes on each side. Serve with WORLDFOODS Indian Pineapple Chutney. |
