Green Curry Sushi by WORLDFOODS Fusion Of Flavours

THE RECIPEIngredients:
2 tbsp of WORLDFOODS Green Curry Paste3 tbsp of coconut milk(or adjust to your preference- add more if you preferred to tone down the heat level) 200g steam rice 4 sheets of Sushi Nori(seaweed) 30g carrot,cut lengthwise and boiled 50g Asparagus, cut lengthwise and boiled 2 tbsp of cooking oil 150g chicken breast, cut lengthwise 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 sushi bamboo mat Preparations:
1. Heat cooking oil in a saucepan.Toss in chicken and soy sauce.Stir fry till done.2. Re-heat saucepan. Add in coconut milk and WORLDFOODS Green Curry Paste, mix well till boil. 3. Place rice into the mixture of sauce and toss to coat. 4.On bamboo mat, spread mixed rice on Nori.Lay in 1 row of chicken ,1 carrot and 1 Asparagus. 5. Roll bamboo mat forward gently until done and cut each roll with knife to bite size. 6. Transfer to plate and serve. |
