THE RECIPEIngredients:
I jar WORLDFOODS Malaysian Vegetable Curry Cooking Sauce60ml of water 200g fresh udon noodle 30g squid, cut into ring 20g filament stick,sliced thinly 20g Shiitake mushroom, sliced thinly 15g Enoki mushroom 1 bird eye chili- for extra heat Preparations:
1. Boil water in a large pan and heat Udon noodles as indicated in the package. 2. 2. Drain the Udon noodles and set aside.3. Boil WORLDFOODS Malaysian Vegetable Curry Cooking Sauce in a pot.Add in water to boil. 4. Add in mushrooms,chili and squid and filament stick till cooked 5.Serve curry soup over the Udon noodles. |
