Seafood Curry Udon

This is a simple recipe for a quick Japanese noodle fix!

THE RECIPE

Ingredients:
I jar WORLDFOODS Malaysian Vegetable Curry Cooking Sauce
60ml of water
200g fresh udon noodle
30g squid, cut into ring
20g filament stick,sliced thinly
20g Shiitake mushroom, sliced thinly
15g Enoki mushroom
1 bird eye chili- for extra heat



Preparations:
1. Boil water in a large pan and heat Udon noodles as indicated in the package. 2. 2. Drain the Udon noodles and set aside.
3. Boil WORLDFOODS Malaysian Vegetable Curry Cooking Sauce in a pot.Add in water to boil.
4. Add in mushrooms,chili and squid and filament stick till cooked
5.Serve curry soup over the Udon noodles.
